Australasian Smelter Services and Supply (ASSS) offers a full suite of machining, assembly and recycling services for Copper Cathode Collector Bars, including specialised deep hole drilling and the proprietary ASSS Conversion Process (ASSSCP). We utilise advanced robotic systems to manage the drilling, machining and cleaning of Copper Cored Cathode Bars (CCCBs), ensuring precision, efficiency and consistency in production
We specialise in recovering copper from spent Copper Cored Cathode Bars (CCCBs) and recycling the remaining steel into high-quality cast iron. This cast iron is then used for cathode and anode block sealing.
Our Finished Copper Cored Cathode Bars (CCCBs) are expertly manufactured to meet precise tolerances for optimal performance in smelting operations.

With advanced CNC and conventional drilling capabilities, the company delivers solutions that meet the most stringent industry standards. DHDS excels in handling complex materials and intricate specifications, ensuring accuracy and reliability in every project.
One of our main product is the Copper Cathode Collector Bars (CICB’s) and we pride ourselves on delivering high-standard bars. These bars feature a copper insert with a precise target clearance fit between the copper insert and the hole diameter of 0.10 mm to 0.20 mm. Please note, there is no hole on the steel bar itself.
